I am a positive and cheerful person, who is passionate and willing to constantly grow in the Engineering field. Currently worked a total of 2.5 years in a semiconductor company, Micron, as a Process and Equipment Engineer (PEE) as well as a Manufacturing Production Engineer (ME).

Process and Equipment Engineer

• Support manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis on equipment alarms, SPC OOC/OOS, defect failure, FDC failure, wafer breakage, drifts by containing and identifying source of problem, implementing containment and preventive actions based on past studies and thorough investigation.
• Engaged material vendors for continuous material outsourcing and evaluation to improve process condition/stability and cost reduction.
• Tool release on new/existing equipment for better capacity/flexibility.
• Collaborate with fellow stakeholders such as Equipment team, Manufacturing Production team, Area Engineer, Real-Time Defect Analysis Engineer and Process Integration Engineer to ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow with high yield without affecting the production line.

Manufacturing Production Engineer

Monitoring the line and ensure output is met by maximizing tool utilization with a runmode.

• Provide real time analysis, problem solving and decision-making in response to production line issues.
• Collaborate with engineers from other departments to jointly address the critical process or equipment issues.
• Lead team in line management and on projects with end goal of delivering optimal quality and cost-effective products.
• Work on Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) such as improving Auto-Auto and Virtual Lot testing to ensure a smooth release of a new DID, as well as leading Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) projects alongside my technicians.
