With over 30 years of experience in the Early Childood & Enrichment Industry in Singapore, from teaching 6 months to adults, mentoring, qulaity control, curriculum writing, lecturing and training as well as setting up and running centres, I have done it all. Currently looking for a rewarding and challening projects/jobs or a career that allows me to using all my experience and people skills to help companies, organizations or investors to establish new or improve on their current schools practices and build their culture, quality and brand.
Previous to ths, I have had 10 years of expereince as a Principal for both Chiltern House and Growing Up Gifted, running centres under both these organizations.
While working with NTUC First Campus, I was a Senior Manager in charge of curriculum and training of Princpals and Techers of 21 centres in the West of Singapore.
In addition I have conducted various parenting workshops for NTUC First Campus since 2007.
Quality Assurance was an area that I was in charage of, helping centres prepare for the SPARKS Accreditation and adivising them on what was amiss and lacking.
I possess both a B.Ed and M.Ed from the University of South Australia specializing in Early Childhood Education.
