• Communicate with managers to coordinate schedules
• Assist and provide guidance to the team of accounts executive.
• Responsible for Month End and Year End Closing to ensure compliance of Financial Statement and are recorded accurately and timely.
• Reconciliation of Bank Statement
• Collaborate and coordinate with operations to ensure compliance with Finance Policies and Procedures.
• Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication
• Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary
• Hands-on experience in SAP 
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Maintains and organizes meeting schedules
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the Management
• Responsible for accounting tasks, including AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc
