I am having +28yrs of experience working in Petrochemical field and my journey started as field trainee operator in India's biggest company Reliance Industries ltd and worked in Shell Singapore and ExxonMobil USA to commission their world largest MEG plants. I had completed my ACTA certification and also was part of learning and development team for Shell Jurong Island to enhance operation mastery for the site. I also supported development of Simulator and training console/panel personnel for safe start up and operation of plant.
