As a professional who transitioned from a design background to the field of Human Resources, I am eager to bring my passion and skills to contribute to your team’s success.

With over two years of experience in Human Resource, I have gained valuable insights and honed my abilities in various HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This transition has been incredibly rewarding, and I have discovered a genuine passion for the field of HR. My background in design has instilled in me a keen attention to detail, which I consider a key strength in performing HR tasks efficiently and accurately.

In my previous role as an HR professional at GreatSolutions Pte Ltd, I gained extensive experience in day-to-day HR operations and general HR administration. I am adept at handling a wide range of HR-related tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, renewing work passes for workers, confirming employees, administering leaves and staff benefits, and updating the organization chart. My attention to detail and thoroughness ensure that these processes are executed accurately and efficiently.

I am well versed in using HRMS Times Software to manage confidential employee records, including personnel files, performance reviews, and in administering monthly payrolls, claims and CPF submissions. I have also taken part in government grant applications, such as SWEAG (Senior Worker Early Adopter Grant) and CCP (Career Conversion Program), supporting the organization’s workforce development initiatives and maximizing available resources.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and graduated with High Honors from University of California, Berkeley.
