With CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources and 7 years’ experience within HR, I have supported HR departments within all aspects of the employee lifecycle and HR generalists in advising company policies and procedures. Working in a fast-paced environment, I am well established in administrative environments that are fast-paced and challenging providing HR tasks, projects and completing general business needs whilst meeting business SLA’s.
I have over 6 years of experience within HR, along with a CIPD Diploma in Human Resources. I have experience in advising on company policies and procedures and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. I am able to work in a fast paced and varied environment showing professionalism and attention to detail in all areas of my work.
In my most recent role, along with providing day to day HR support I implemented a process improvement project evaluating and advising on existing HR procedures to streamline, with the use of new systems such as OneDrive, department intranet.
Liaising with the recruitment department and stakeholders in each of my roles I have coordinated the new joiner process, producing contracts, undertaking full employee vetting and ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding for all levels of higher.
Providing generalist support to the wider HR department and business covering all company policies and procedures. Cyclical reporting such as joiner and leaver data, sickness information, ensuring it is accurately recorded and follow up are completed.
