I am an experienced, driven, versatile & innovative CFO overall responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of all financial matters including treasury & cashflow management, debt & capital fundings, optimising capital structure, investments management, taxation, corporate governance, ensuring effective utilization of financial resources to enhance profitability and drive growth. I am also responsible for investors' relations, managing relations with stakeholders including banks, auditors, regulators, exchange House, external investors, etc. Have have deep experience working in listco & private equity firms.
More than 20 years experience as regional CFO in multiple industries including tech firm, hospitality, oil & gas and logistics, covering countries including China, ME, South Asia, South East Asia. Have worked for listed companies, private equity, government-linked companies, US and European MNC.
I am a CPA and CFA with a degree in finance & accounting.
