Farah Shah

I have 10 years of teaching children and individual with special needs, educational needs and offering behavior support in home and school settings. Of these 10, I have spent 4 years in a senior executive position, providing support in collaborating with other professionals and curating specially tailored programs for each child/ individual, as well as doing therapist and parent training.

I am currently a Case Manager with AutismStep, and I conduct initial assessments of clients, plan and implement IEP programs for every client, conduct therapist observation and training, offer parent training services and prepare monthly and quarterly program reviews. Prior to this, I worked as a Behavior Therapist role in Nurture Pods Pte Ltd for 4 years before progressing to a Senior role. I conducted group therapy sessions, themed activities and collaborated with various professionals to curate the best program for each child.

I just graduated with a Bachelor's of Communication with a minor in psychology modules from SUSS in 2022 and I graduated with a Diploma in Applied Drama & Psychology from SP in 2014.
