- Part of the research and production team to develop numerous vegan and vegetarian products using texturized vegetable proteins and functional ingredients in a span of 4 years under Wilmar Greenfarm Food Industries Sdn Bhd
- Part of the research team to produce both high moisture and low moisture meat analogue using extruder
- Part of the start-up for Wilmar Singapore plant protein research and development team whereby including facilitation of purchasing new equipment and moving to new laboratory
- Work in both laboratory and production setting to improve efficiency and cost cutting of raw materials for Wilmar Greenfarm Food Industries Sdn Bhd
- Partake in Goodman fielder project under ‘Plantry” and won product of the year 2022 in plant-based/ready meals category
- Utilising scientific knowledge and tools such as texture profile analsyer, moisture content,
viscometer, colorimeter and pH meter to characterise plant based analogue models and corelates with sensory result
- Held sensory exhibitions for B2B customers and Wilmar’s guests by introducing our products to aid in more business opportunities
