I am a registered and licensed Architect from Philippines. I have 10 years of combined experience in planning, design, construction and real estate. I am highly trainable and will be an asset to your company.
My seven years of experience as a Design Supervisor in ASYA DESIGN Partners, one of the leading Architectural Consultancy firms in the Philippines, has refined my skills to produce drawings with the utmost quality in a limited amount of time. During my career, I was able to handle several residential, mixed-use and BPO projects from conceptualization up to the production of design development drawings. In addition to this, part of my work was to assure that the overall design of the structure is in accordance with the National Building Code and other related safety standards.
Apart from design consultancy, I took the initiative to engage myself in the Construction Industry. I was a Technical Officer in Megawide Construction Corporation, a forerunner of PPVC in the Philippines. Assigned to Gentry Manor Residences, a four-tower mixed-use development, I was the one who prepared the shop drawings, reviewed the RFIs/RFAs and materials approval submittals.
I also monitored the progress from excavation to superstructure works while coordinating with the client and the engineering partners.
Lastly, I joined Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation, a real estate developer, as a Project Architect for Malate Lyf Hotel (managed by Ascott) and Lipa Dusit Princess where I monitored and reviewed all AR, Interior, M&E and BIM concerns and drawings.
My progressive exposure on Design, Construction and Real Estate has significantly increased my knowledge on the proper applications of finishes and installation methodology. With this understanding, l am confident that I will be in a great position to make a significant contribution to your team.
