E-litigation Filing - processing Court related documents for Members of Public. Processing
Claims, Enforcement, Committal, Summons, Originating Applications, Divorce, Probate,
Guardianship, Adoption, Mental Capacity, Power of Attorney filings.
First point of contact for customers. Attend to walk-in enquiries and needs, providing forms and assisting litigant in person to understand the procedures of their filings and providing extra mile services. Attained quarterly recognition in excellent customer service through testimonials and compliments. Implemented the walk-in system and SOP for Ambassador to ensure smooth transitions of customers. Provide filing, cashiering needs, collecting of cash/card and cheque payments. In charge of requisition of stationeries at State Court office and generating forms for filing use.
