Graduating Biomedical Science diploma student who is interested in working in the healthcare and science sector. Is undergoing relevant training of skills and education at Republic Polytechnic through various modules taught and conducted during my final year (research) project and internship. Improving myself through my experiences allowed me to be responsible, open-minded, and a team player who cooperates well with others. I am an enthusiastic and energetic person who hopes to bring forth efficient and excellent service.
My internship experience over the period of 5 months as a Research Assistant in a Spatial Biology Department at LifeStrands Genomics facilitated my learning and allowed me to gain opportunities to conduct next-generation sequencing (NGS) experiments for different researchers. I am trained and certified in utilising Nanostring Spatial Transcriptomics, particularly RNA and protein pipelines in which I operated Nanostring GeoMx DSP for imaging & data analysis. Also, I observed and monitored the researcher's experiments, aided in recording production, tested data for evaluation, and analysed experimental data.
Currently graduating from Republic Polytechnic with a Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, under the Research track.
