I've accumulated almost 35 years of service and retail experience, of which 5 years in Singapore Airlines and about 30 years in financial services and banking. I'm passionate about creating great customer experience for the organisations I worked for (or going to work in), possessing a strong client centric mindset and can-do attitude. I am currently venturing into adult education industry, and am currently undertaking a 9-month course in ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance), completing in July 2023.
