Jarelanne Lim

As an individual who is open to trying and learning new things, I adapt quickly to my surroundings and am well organised. I'm able to work independently, but I also try my best to develop close bonds with the people I meet!

In my past jobs, I do my best to take initiative to suggest new directions/strategies in helping to improve workflow, working environment, or sometimes the welfare of the people I work with as well.
