I am a third-year biomedical engineering student who is set to enter my fourth year this coming August. As a student in this field, I am proven to be a hardworking and dedicated individual who is passionate about advancing the field of biomedical engineering.

In addition to being a team player, I have demonstrated a strong work ethic throughout my academic career. I am known for my perseverance and dedication to my studies, which is reflected in my academic record.
Furthermore, I have completed an internship at Allay Therapeutics where you worked as a quality intern. During my internship, I gained both technical and soft skills that will undoubtedly benefit me in my future career. through this internship opportunity, I have also learned how to operate sophisticated laboratory equipment such as the Cary60 spectrophotometer, and preparation of HPLC and GPC tests, and I honed my time management skills.
I have recently completed my industrial attachment at Allay Therapeutics as a quality intern whose job scope mainly includes carrying out tests on the product to better understand the quality of the product. Technical skills which I have picked up during this internship would include hard skills such as experiment preparation as well as understanding the operation behind the equipment used during the experiment. Aside from this internship opportunity, I also have experience in other part-time jobs which include working in administration at Ngee Ann Polytechnic as well as being an assistant swabber under Minmed during the COVID-19 period.
Currently, I am a third-year undergraduate studying biomedical engineering at the National University of Singapore. I have taken up courses that include quantitative physiology, biomaterials, discrete mathematics, introduction to python as well as machine learning.
