Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, disciplinary issues, and other HR operations. HR administration functions include leave records, attendance, staff claims, etc. Organizes corporate events such as employee’s birthday, company’s dinner, corporate trip and etc.
Prepare and draft Letter of Appointment, Letter of Confirmation and other employment related contracts. Handling tender documents preparation, quotation, PO, DO, invoice and contracts. Document preparation of ISO audit and other business certification renewal.
Bachelor of Entrepreneurship (Hospitality) with honours
