• Prepare internal billing and submit progress claim for project & maintenance.
• Liaise with internal department and operation to ensure smooth order flow.

• Ensure project insurance is in place and compliant
• Answering customer calls and emails correspondence
• Collection of jobsheet and tabulate once the job completed and pass to finance for billing.
• Send invoice to client.
• Provide administrative assistance to Sales, Project and Maintenance department
