Spearheaded preliminary research on 5 small-scale DeFi-centric applications for M&A resulting in in-house development of Discover page; Developed the page's wireframes and Product Requirement Document (PRD).
Researched on transaction mechanisms and contract interactions in Solidity for GMX & Synapse on AVAX chain.
Implemented Web3 calls for smart contracts on more than 20 DeFi protocols on ETH, AVAX chains in Python.

Constructed a Tableau dashboard to track metrics for annual performance reviews of over 5000 employees.
Independently formulated Organisational Network Analysis metrics, reviewed mathematical derivations from
Python’s NetworkX resulting in the introduction of new metrics to measure employee welfare.
Developed an employee profile categorisation framework, to identify potentially underperforming or dissatisfied employees, that was presented quarterly to Head of People Strategy to forecast employee attrition.
