Singaporean seafarer who is driven and fueled with a passion with working in the Maritime Industry. Always seeking to expand my knowledge and have a better understanding in the international shipping trade.

After completing my academic studies and fulfilling my national service obligations, I stepped into the working world in PSA International as my first job, as a Operations Supervisor for about 15 months.

I started off my maritime journey in 2011 as a Deck Cadet onboard Buner Tankers and ended my working time onboard as a Chief Officer in 2019. Thereafter I moved on to work as a Assistant Marine Superintendent ashore for 3 years where I have a better understanding of the challenges management have to face in a shipping company.

Within the past decade, all my maritime experience have been strictly within Singapore Port Limits and now I would like to further expand and expose myself to the international shipping.

I am holding a Certificate of Competency Class 4 and my highest academic qualifications is NITEC. I am a firm believer of lifelong learning and currently I am undertaking a part time studies in a Specialist Diploma in Maritime Superintendency, which will be completed in the April of 2024. Thereafter, I have plans to undertake a Bachelors in Sustainable Maritime Operations.
