Fleet scope: Supports QHSSE compliance and operational assurance across a fleet of 60+ offshore support vessels, including 17 operating in KSA, in line with the Company SMS, statutory requirements and offshore client standards.

• Conduct approximately 25-30 internal audits in each of ISM, ISPS and MLC, identify compliance gaps, verify corrective actions and strengthen fleet audit readiness.
• Complete 30+ vessel safety and compliance inspections covering statutory documentation, emergency preparedness, lifesaving and firefighting equipment, housekeeping, operational readiness and SMS implementation.
• Attend and coordinate external audits and surveys, including approximately 40 Bureau Veritas engagements, 6 ABS engagements and 16 Flag State inspections, while supporting client inspection readiness.
• Investigate or support 15 incidents and near misses involving fire, engine failures, property damage, an oil-pollution near miss and a High-Potential Near Miss; prepare reports, root-cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
• Review risk assessments, JSA, PTW, emergency drill reports, work/rest records, training records, medicine inventories, HSE performance statistics and month-end compliance submissions.
• Issue fleet Safety Alerts, Lessons Learned, Company / Flag circulars and investigation reports, and deliver safety campaigns to strengthen learning and safety culture.
• Support DOC audits, ISM certification, MLC inspections, ISPS verification, vessel takeovers and implementation of the Company SMS on newly managed vessels.
• Assist the DPA and CSO and liaise with Masters, Operations, Technical, Crewing, Procurement, Flag States, Classification Societies and clients to close findings and maintain operational readiness.
• Support vessels working under Saudi Aramco requirements and for major offshore contractors including Saipem, McDermott, Subsea 7, Lamprell, NMDC, Zamil Offshore and L&T.
• Provide SEMS familiarisation to joining crew and Behaviour-Based Safety / ShipARC training, including review and follow-up of safety cards raised by vessel personnel.
• Administer Mari Apps, ShipARC and Microsoft Office-based reporting for document control, compliance monitoring, CAPA tracking and performance analysis.
• Support audits completed with zero non-conformities, reduction of outstanding CAPAs, stronger vessel documentation and coordinated support to Technical and Operations teams.
