My current job as a trust and safety associate for a social media company consists of policy compliance in the digital sector. I provide digital verification for clients on a global basis and have been trained on how to filter out each unique case and escalate those that do not comply with the policy. My role also involves internal operations and working on high-profile cases such as of politicians and public figures.

I also provide troubleshooting and technical support to users who face monetisation issues on the app.

I am a people oriented person who has graduated with a degree in Communications. On top of being a linguistic person, I also have experience in other fields such as HR and customer service which are essential skills that I can apply in my future job.
