Plan and execute on all assigned New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
Establish standards for Design for Manufacturing and lead the fulfilment of all manufacturing process requirements and deliverables for assigned programs.
Engage with customer, supplier and internal team from design and early prototype development, through product launch and production ramp, to ensure schedule, cost, yield and capacity, quality objectives are met.
Determine new product manufacturing resources (Labour, NRE, Expense and Capital) requirements, development plans, and Launch / Ramp schedules
Ensure all required specifications/documentation, materials, equipment; procedures are in place for all phase changes and production launches.
Work with engineering team to ensure all quality and inspection activities are fully documented and defined before product launch.
Prepare report and analysis based on product / project.
