Performed Client Acceptance and Client Continuance and KYC measures for a European natural gas firm:
o Performed background checks on clients and their firms by using KYC platforms such as Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) tools, GRT and World Check o In-charge of handling and processing and analysing sensitive client documentation and information such as identification cards, visas, passport details and various other legal documents
Coordinated and performed two independent stock-takes for companies operating in the F&B sector
Led the team’s transition into using the new proprietary e-Financial Statement (eFS) software by learning and teaching other full-time associates on how to incorporate the eFS software into daily work processes to automate routine and manual tasks
