Responsibilities

• To prepare and review sales forecast and MRP planning monthly
• To raise Purchase Order on behalf of SSU
• To follow up the Purchase Orders delivery schedule lead time with suppliers. On Time In Full concept
• To ensure the Invoice, Packing List, shipping documents & etc match to Purchase Order and with correct data 
• To ensure the delivery is arranged at the “right” schedule with the knowledge of stocks readiness, documents preparation lead time, shipping lead time and destination port/custom clearance lead time
• To liaise with respective SSU for on time Goods Receipt
• To support planner for Goods Receipt process for HSG, warehousing issue, billing checking and trimming activities
• To get quote for import and export shipment
• To update the Shipment Tracking / Monitoring file on time
