I have more than 20 years of relevant experience in IT management such as IT infrastructures, security, compliance, vendor management, IT budgets and more.

I have good years of relevant experience and skills in IT leadership and management, IT governance/risk/compliance (GRC), IT foresights and innovations, IT infrastructures (networks, servers, enterprise systems, applications, end-user support, etc), security (firewalls, anti-virus, access controls, data backup/recovery, BCP/DRP, user training, etc), procurement/vendor management, IT budgets, IT audits, and more. As a result, coupled with my positive personal attributes, I have increased business productivity by at least 20%. I was also nominated by my supervisor for best staff awards for three consecutive years while working at Nanyang Technological University.

My highest educational qualification is Bachelor of Applied Science (Information Technology) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. I also possess a Diploma in Electronic & Computer Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, a Technician Diploma in Civil Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic, Certified Ethical Hacker certification (CEHv9) from EC-Council and a WSQ Professional Diploma in Leadership and People Management from Singapore National Employers Federation.
