• Designed and launched a new hospital health insurance product across key sales channels supported by extensive customer research and testing 
• Prepared a detailed business case for the new hospital product in collaboration with key stakeholders including Finance, Actuarial, Policy and Legal 
• Developed business requirements for product changes and worked closely with I.T on system requirements 
• Developed a 5-year plan for product simplification, with product margin improvements of up to $12m 
• Awarded the top performance rating of ‘Outstanding’ for the year by the Head of Product 
• Developed a 3-year roadmap to minimise fraud and privacy related incidents through initiatives targeting the improvement of customer facing apps, frontline systems and self-serve customer online portals 
• Launched a new Incident Management Guideline to ensure compliance from the ahm business. The guideline was launched and adopted by the Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Digital and Operations teams.
