Currently working full time as QC Technician while pursuing degree in La Trobe University under PSB
Experience
Responsible in performing routine QC for incoming materials, in-process materials and finished goods
Plan and schedule daily QC routine run and ad-hoc runs assigned by Quality Control supervisor and Manufacturing Scientist within SLA
Evaluate data and draft reports, noting relevant deviations from existing standards
Responsible for raising non-conformances if there is failure resulting from QC run and support troubleshooting/investigation of nonconforming materials/laboratory equipment/test
To work together with Production and Warehouse department
Support QC validation and stability runs across lab development and Diagnostic products
Ensure measuring equipment is functioning properly and within calibration date.
Perform equipment qualification/maintenance, liaise with external/contract lab/ vendor
To update any upcoming QC sample accordingly
Participate in revising of QC work instructions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory procedures and processes to ensure compliance to GMPs
Applying good documentation practices on all records
Education
Taking a part-time degree in Molecular Biology and Applied Chemistry
