Duties & Responsibilities,
- Produced 2D and 3D BIM Modelling drawing for Electrical, ACMV system, Plumbing & Sanitary, and Fire Protection System include Layout Plan and Schedule adhering to established specification and standards.
- Prepared design documentation and drawings for construction and As-built status by using BIM Modelling, AutoCAD and Revit.
- Assisted BIM Manager to update and revised BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensured BIM Models are modelled with correct BIM parameters and attributed for BIM base quantification.
- Attended site walk as and when required by the Engineers and Managers.
- Check combined services drawings and coordinate with Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary Contractors.
- Worked closely with assigned PM on Auto Cad and 3D BIM Drawing Status reporting.
- Liaised and worked with other departments.

Duties & Responsibilities,
- Supervise sub contractor’s works according to design, Specifications, drawings, codes & Regulations.
- Check the shop drawings, and coordinate with Main-Con about the on-site materials, installation progress and shop drawing productions.
- Drafting, checked and submission of Lighting Layout, Power Layout Cable Layout, Earthing, Lightning layout plans and standard details, Single Line diagram, Schematic Diagram, load Schedule to main con.
- Attend daily site coordination meeting and highlights site issues to Contractors and sub-Contractor.
- Prepare work schedule and follow up schedule to finish.
- Check combined services drawings and coordinate with ACMV, Sprinkler, and Plumbing & Sanitary Contractors.
- Familiar with relevant Singapore standards and international standards (Familiar CP-83).
- Calculated of onsite materials, Tray, Trunking, Pipe and Cables BQ.
- Preparation and submission of RFA and inspection documents.
- Assist to Project Manager regarding with project schedule, project progress and project claim matters.
- Liaised and worked with other departments.
