Responsibilities
- Setting up BIM project base files and following with the approved BIM Execution Plan, and CAD standards
- Create BIM models of M&E systems; Plumbing, Fire Protection, ACMV, Electrical and ELV system using Revit, AutoCAD based on approved documents
- Prepare drawings, such as Single-Line, Layout, Schematics from Engineer's sketches, written and verbal
- Create/modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric)
- Produce shop drawings, documentation and fabrication for approval submission
- Participate in BIM Coordination with BIM team and check/resolve clashes using Revit and Navisworks
- Revise/amend drawing as per received comments and Markup drawing given by client
- Monitor and update BIM model and CAD drawing as per site/design changes
- Plan all drawing requests to meet the submission deadline

- Modelling & Drafting MEP services such as Plumbing, Sanitary, ACMV, Fire Protection and Electrical
- Create/modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric)
- Preparation As-Built drawing, 3D Modeling, 2D layout plan, detail drawing, single line drawing, isometric drawing and RCP drawing according to design and documents
- Generate shop drawings, documentation and fabrication of BIM models for site installation
- Prepare models for Clash Detection, report clash check and coordinate internally & externally with BIM team and BIM Coordinator
- Report material schedules of each MEP services
- Create installation 4D simulation using Navisworks software
- Attend meetings with BIM team to solve technical issues where discrepancies occur
- Preparation drawing for submission, including title block, drawing and print to exact scale and paper size
- Monitor and amend/update model and CAD drawing as per site condition changes
- Manage time to meet project submission schedules and task deadlines
