I'm a fresh graduate from Republic Polytechnic with a diploma in Customer Experience Management with Business. This diploma pathway allows me to have a multitude of opportunities to encounter multiple situations along with my work life. Each case is always unique and needs to be dealt with differently. This is something that I find challenging and exciting, although it does come with its fair share of hardship.
I consider myself as a positive and outspoken person, always reaching out to others not only to understand them, but to also learn from them. Although I may be introverted and not so detail oriented at times, I work well in teams and can lead well. I am organised, responsible and competitive. I am goal oriented for example, always being the first starter in the team by separating the workload equally and making sure everyone is working on the same page in order to complete the task together.
During my free time, I enjoy hiking, volunteering, and listening to music. Volunteering is my favorite among all events, and it has positively added to my experience by interacting with many different people of different backgrounds together to help people who are in need.
Through my experience with Dyson, I was stationed either in direct or department stores. As a stylist expert, I handled walk-in customers, greeting them in a professional manner, as well as understanding their needs. Not only that, I demonstrated the features of the products (PC - Hairdryer, etc), and recommended the suitable products to potential customers.
I am a good listener of my customers’ needs and concerns, while providing solutions to their problems. Besides being a problem solver, my perseverance grew as I dealt with rejections and setbacks.
