I have over 5 years of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter. During these years, I have been working for residential, commercial and LTA projects. I have my own created Design and Estimation Excel frame which will improve my working skill.

I’m familiar with CP and BS Standard. I have good design coordination skills because I have enough knowledge about ACMV, Fire Fighting and Plumbing Sanitary. So, I’m confident that I have the necessary skills and experience to try this position.

• Site surveying for new projects and renovation buildings.
• Dealing with clients to get and meet their requirements.
• Design and draw the proposed and tender drawing for building constructions.
• Making calculation for design drawings and prepare single line diagram, schematic diagram, lighting plan, power plan, main distribution route and piping plan and Design drawings coordination for M&E services.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordination installation, maintenance and documentation.
• Preparation of BOQ based on technical specifications, design drawings and work scopes and invite supplier quotation for cost and quality comparison.
• Review and check on work bill from subcontractor, preparation of tender documents for submission.
• Tender Invitation, cost, brand & technical comparison from sub-contractors.
• Compare with Tender BOQ and Project Calculating BOQ.
• Monitoring, checking the daily progress activities and work done.
• Preparation VO according to site condition 
• Dealing with supplier to get quotation for SR Rate as per specification.
• Prepare for Material Submission.
• Review and check on work bill from subcontractor.
• Prepare Payment Certificate and checking Claim Progress dealing with site engineer.
• Prepare Monthly Payment Claim for finished works.
