Rachel Foo

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) at Royal Melbourne Institution of Technology with a focus on Marketing in Singapore (SIM – Singapore of Institute Management). As someone who enjoys taking on new challenges, I strive for excellence in everything I do.

Graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic with a diploma in Business Management, dual specialisation in Supply Chain Management and Events Management. My strong orientation and communication skills differentiate me from other students as I am dynamic, self-disciplined and passionate. With the opportunity and experience of working in different companies in different industries, I have pushed myself further to reach out and communicate with different types of people.

The experience has made me realize the importance of communication in any organization.

I held a Marketing Intern position at JR Group (Apr-Jul 2022), managing e-commerce platforms, social media, and designing content. As a Customer Service and Logistics Management Intern at Franco Asian Enterprise Pte Ltd (Aug-Nov 2021), I customized investment analytics and coded programs for data analysis. In a part-time role as Gallery Service Assistant at National Museum of Singapore (Dec 2019-Mar 2022), I managed front counter, assisted visitors, and coordinated tours.

Earlier, as a Part-time Crew at LlaoLlao/Yole (Jan 2017-Sep 2019), I handled customer service, opening/closing, and supported kitchen tasks. My experiences showcase versatility across marketing, customer service, data analysis, and organization.

Currently pursuing BSc in Marketing at RMIT - SIM Global Education, expected to graduate Nov 2023.
