- Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date
- Supporting and maintaining MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to work in extended hours and perform standby duty after office hour.
- Support Desktop, Notebook, Printers and other hardware components.
- Experience in Mac OS and Microsoft OS Support and Troubleshooting
Preferred.
- Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MS
Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, Internet browser, MS Outlook,
etc.
- Involved in Projects such as migration, relocation and hardware refresh.
- Troubleshooting Hardware and software issues.
