Regina Toh

I am Regina Toh,

Known by my peers as an avid artist, my creative career was built on being able to fulfil the many art roles available, where I was able to reconcile where I can best contribute to society and what made me special. I had designed multiple shirts, won awards for my art works that even led to televised appearance, among the countless times I have been commissioned for graphic designs by various people and organisations.

Above all, I am an extraordinarily passionate and competent team player who has much artistic talent and creative ideas to unleash. Spent over a decade as an artist and writer, I had been both trained in the arts and excelled as the top student for the English language and Humanities since primary school, including having studied at the historic Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, developing an extensive and impressive Art and Academic portfolio. 

Freshly graduated from one of the most prestigious art colleges in Singapore, the School of Arts, Design and Media; as well as taking on a minor in Public Policy and Global Affairs in NTU, my digital and mixed-media art skills have highly advanced. Proficient in the use of Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom and After Effects, with the additional expertise in using key creative digital programs in the industry like Procreate, Canva and Wix.

Besides my more traditional creative practice of film and design, I am also an excellent calligrapher and accomplished in composing/producing music in Logic Pro and Ableton. I do photography as well with my own camera.

In University, I expanded my artistic horizons. Now not only am I trained visual artist, I found myself in the film specialisation, which entails having been an indispensable part of a number of student films. I took on countless important and high-level creative management roles that realised my ability to bring creative visions and imagery to life. These roles include being a film producer, director, cinematographer, story-boarder, art designer and editor.

I truly have been able to master both the digital and the physical arts, to become well-rounded artistically.

I would make an amazing candidate in the position. With my impressive artistic talents aside, my competency in political science and global affairs, as well as fringe expertise in pop-culture and astrology ensures that I am always is creative liquid; with boundless inspirational reserves to harvest my infinite artistic ingenuity. Brilliant and passionate; an actual 21st century leader: an essential asset to be had in any work setting.

She worked closely and extensively alongside the company's Executive Director, Carol Parkinson in New York City for the company's summer exhibition. Regina had a heavy hand in managing the work delegation of other interns, but she most prominently played an active role in pitching ideas for marketing and promoting the exhibition in the form of artist interviews, exhibition trailers and concept videos that she singularly produced, filmed, directed and edited herself.
