I am Rodney and I am presently a customer insight analyst at Dairy Farm. I graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor in Marketing from RMIT University.
In my current role. I am responsible for the integration of customer research and analytics. (such as catering to customer testing programmes where we engage a 3rd party agency to support in a blind evaluation test of our products). Miscellaneous responsibilities include communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders and agencies to ensure seamless lifecycles and marketing of products. Outside of work, I am a fitness enthusiast and I enjoy partaking in strength training 4-5x a week. I can be described by my colleagues as a self driven, dependable and dedicated individual.
