My day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating claims, liaising with stakeholders, and providing resolutions that serve the interests of all parties involved.

Parallel to my career, I am committed to personal and professional growth, as evidenced by my pursuit of a Diploma in Business Administration and Management on a part-time basis.
