HIP Project
- Involve in Housing & Development Board (HDB) upgrading projects.
- Assist residents during exhibition by introducing the components of the HIP projects and give briefing on the materials and works that will done in the course of the project
- Assist residents to register their chosen Improvement items during eOpting (HICS) or Active Senior (EASE) retrofits provisions.
- Plan and launch public relation programs for Home Improvement Program (HIP) such as preparing and distributing circulars, letters and notices.
- Plan and coordinate works to be carried out within the flats timely.
- Handle enquires, feedback and complaints pertaining to the projects as well as follow-up on actions to resolve it.
- Initiate proactive measures by anticipating & address to community concerns and issues.
- Maintain proper documents and filing according to Client’s requirement.
- Conduct regular visits to residents / tenants affected by the HIP works to gather feedback and keep them posted of the work schedule’s changes and impacts.
- Prepare and submit reports pertaining to public relations activities
LUP & PA Project:
- Prepare and distribute letters to residents regarding the project development
- Handles customer/clients feedback, enquiry and complaints
- Assist the Safety Officer in designing signages that gives information/guidelines to workers on safety measures
- Coordinate with Site Supervisor and personnel involves for immediate response/action to feedback/complaints
- Visit residents for reassurance regarding any damage/issue caused by LUP works
- Attend Project meetings and take minutes
- Compile and review monthly Residents Feedback and Safety Report
- Prepare Safety report and assist in logistics for Safety program
- Assist in planning and coordinate PR programme for the project
- Prepare/Design notices for upgrading works
- Updating and sending BCA Covid Safe submission to BCA
- Monitoring and updating of school maintenance cases
PUB Projects
- Identify those houses (landed properties) / commercial & industrial establishments /schools / HDB Blocks that will be affected by the line of work
- Do outreach to homeowners & recce the location of manholes
- Call, email or send messages to owners/management for appointment or schedule of work
- Prepare PUB Notification letters
- Assist, reply and take immediate actions on owners request or feedback
- Assist and introduce the team during appointment with home owners
- Attend PUB meetings
- Prepare daily/weekly work schedule and PR reports
- Coordinate office supplies request and monitoring, coordinate office cleaning and maintenance
Administrative/HR Duties
- Screen and handle telephone calls, enquiries and request
- Manage, compose and prepare correspondences (e.g. e-mails, letters)
- Arrange overseas and local courier services
- Collate, prepare and review monthly/yearly department reports
- Monitor expense budgets and provide analysis and justification
- Prepare presentation slides/materials and produce supporting documents
- Set-up and maintain an up-to-date filing system
- Establish general office systems, control and procedures
- Assist in planning/ organizing activities (e.g. product launch/promotional events, team building/corporate outing)
