We handle residents feedbacks, Attend to resident during polling period , explain to them what we will be doing , Example : Opt in for toilet , EASE package and water test if they do not wish to upgrade their toilets. Liaise with town council, HDB and Resident to solve complains
Internal works - Submitting Handover Form to HDB , Filling of resident documents , updating HICS , Doing up of notice to be given to residents , Calls to inform of works 3 days
