Job Description
- troubleshoot and setup software and policies for secured email users
- Assist on tech refresh project
- Update security patches (required by government)
- Perform Induction program on use of government laptop and policies to new users.
- Follow up close on client requirement on any updates
- Works on WOG, RDP, Internet and Performance machines.
- Assist others onsite engineers on daily incident
- Testing softwares before pushdown to users
- Assist on new software pushdown to users
- Deploy and setup Gomax device for users (ipad)
- Assist asset team on assets update
- Assist to diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Escalate hardware issue to 3rd party support
