I am currently a level 2 desktop engineer and also doing asset management at my current workplace. I troubleshoot hardware and software for staff and students. I also have experience in AV, streaming and event set ups.
I have worked mostly under events (AV), digital marketing & e-commerce, and currently a Desktop Engineer (Level 2) and managing assets in a resource center at a local polytechnic in Singapore.
I have a Nitec cert in Electrical Technology in Lighting & Sound from ITE College West. Professional certs in Digital Marketing and also UI/UX from First Media Academy & Professional Cert in Life Sciences from NTU.
