My name is seongun, but i go by Nick. I am a korean and I am about to graduate with a bachelor's degree in Digital Business. I have a strong passion for sales and aspire to build a career in this field, with a desire to climb the ladder and advance in the industry. I am currently an intern at Magnolia which is a CMS/DXP software provider that deals with large organizations like CNN Philippines.
As part of the Sales team, I was responsible for overseeing current and potential clients that Magnolia could sell our product to. My main job was to use SalesForce Lightning to clean-up, create, and update all active clients. My work has allowed the sales head to fully focus on getting sales while I handled the documentation and updating of the progress to send the report to Headquarters.
On top of maintaining the sales record, I was part of proposing a project plan to one of the biggest automotive companies, Mitsubishi Motors. I was able to deliver the content and features that Magnolia offered.
I assisted the marketing head with lead generation with the use of tools like Zoominfo and BuiltWith. With my help, we were able to reach out to different companies to sell our products.
I have dealt with customer relations and helped customers get the support they need (i.e. Magnolia Account creation, Technical support, and other questions that needed to be answered)
I am about to graduate with a Bachelors in Digital Business which is one of the most relevant fields today. I was able to combine the best of both worlds, Business and Technology and learn how a company can digitalize themselves and survive in the online world. Among every business aspect I have learned, the most important things I have written papers on is about how a company can implement IOT and how Businesses can advertise themselves in Social Media.
