I am looking for Head Waiter/Junior Sommelier position, as this is about my profile briefly. I possess nearly thirteen years of experience in the food industry with over ten years experience in a supervisory role. I have worked with multicultural organizations like Brazilian, French, Mediterranean Restaurants in Singapore and Indian Star Hotels.
I interacted with a much different diversity of customers.
As the Restaurant Supervisor with friendly farms I am in charge of every aspect of restaurant management from staff supervision to food safety. I am thoroughly detail oriented and organized. My customer service skills are impeccable and I enjoy working with the public.
