Swarupa Bansal

I hold expertise in :

- Building Tech Deal Frameworks from scratch and expanding them regionally

• Bringing order to chaos by setting up and streamlining processes across XFNs
• Establishing strong relationships with internal XFN as well as C-level sales.
• Impactful and succinct presentations to client/ Sales Leadership - leaning heavily on insights

I'm passionate about:

- Hiring right talent and grooming/mentoring them. Celebrating team's learning journey (vs celebrating just the outcome)

• Challenging the status quo and ensuring my function has a voice. (vs being reactive)
• Making an impact. Ability to see a big picture (vs. getting consumed in day2day tasks)
• Ensuring my function's vision is aligned with organization's long term strategy & priorities (vs working in silo)
