Job Scope :

 Conduct SIC for contractor and visitor

 Approve/Assess permit

 Monitor/assess hazardous and unsafe situation

 Develop measures to assure stakeholders' safety

 Review Documentation

 Conduct Training

 Prepare safety signages for site

 To give advice/suggestions to stakeholders

 Implemented penalty system for non compliant act

 Safety inspection on safe work practices

 Observe daily work practices

 Gathers feedback from workers

 Evaluate risks associated with the hazards identified and resolve by corrective/preventive actions.

 Filing and documentation (RA, MOS, SWP, MSDS, Workers Particulars, Permit, Training Attendance, Ladder Checklist,

Manpower update and etc.)
