Started my career at Tractors Singapore as a Management Trainee rotation program for two years. Four months into the company while at the second department, I was assigned into Service department where my Aftersales journey begins.
Representing the Aftersales of various products in Singapore, ranging from equipment, to Passenger Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Military B-Vehicles and Electric vehicles, I was given the opportunity to have managed the Aftersales Service Operations as a whole; including but not limited to, operations, customer service, as well as the financial performance and management.
As I moved on through the stints, my role is more of achieving the annual stretched budget, monthly PnL, Tenders costing derivation, as well as data and market analysis to ensure that the right promotion offerings are launched at the right time to maintain the retention rate, while ensuring price competitiveness. I also constantly ensure that the processes and systems remain relevant, so that the data retrieved and the hours spent by the team is effective and efficient. As the brand aftersales franchise manager, there is also a need to constantly engage our principal, setting and managing their expectations in the process of securing the best service or price assistance for our distributorship.
