● Guarding and patrolling properties
● Access and egress control
● Incident response to more complex and large-scale safety and security incidents
● Manage security and safety systems (eg. Central alarm system, Fire alarm system, Lift control system, carpark system, card access system)
● Regulating traffic
● Monitor CCTV/ Central Alarm Monitoring/ Fire Command Centre monitoring
● Maintain CCTV storage libraries
● Preservation of evidence
● Assist in law enforcement
● Report all unusual incidents, take quick and appropriate actions to ensure the security and safety of the campus and their visitors and staff
● Ensure proper documentation and records maintenance (service and attendance sheets, incident occurrence reports, staff training records, procurement related records)
● Monitor all unauthorized vandalism and removal of property
o Provide tip top customer service experiences to VIP guest in lawyer firm.
o Possesses team working spirit in a team o Possesses problem solving skills and ability to search for alternative (Giving appropriate and good advice catered to special need of client)
