• Review and Update Consultant's ABC Waters Features Concept Designs and Stormwater Strategy
• Prepare Concept Design Proposals
• Produce Detailed Engineering Design Drawings
• Assist with DC/authority submission, Tender documents (drawings and specification)
• Preparation/ Review of Mock-up Design and Shop Drawings prepared by Subcontractors
• Developing Schemes and Concepts and 3D visualization, Interior Design
• Design development, Site visits, and Consultations
• Coordination of work with consultants & contractors
• Issuing good for construction (GFC) drawings
• Liaise and coordinate with Clients/Consultants/Contractors
• Develop and review of company BIM standard
• Review/check the quality of BIM models, Conduct BIM coordination meetings
• Prepare Shop Drawings, and review clash detection with Archi, Structural, and MEP discipline
• Provide suggestions and coordination with the respective consultant
