i have about 3 years of experience in sales coordinations / customer service in various industry.
my daily job scope: issuing quotations, sales order, work order, raised purchase order to suppliers, monitor delivery schedule weekly to ensure customer expectations are met, monitor back log past dates, informed customer about any unforeseen delays, ensures all orders all delivery on time to the customers site. Issue invoice awb, tracking information once goods are ready. Issue proforma invoices. Ensure customers are satisfied with their orders. Monitor and train new staff members onboarding process.
