my research interest is developing drug/gene delivery system for treatment of cancer or infectious diseases. My phd project sworked on designing the smart, stimuli-responsive nanoparticles to deliver gene into the cancer cells. Currently, I am working on developing biodegradable RNA delivery system.

• Designed and prepared biodegradable cationic polymer/ lipid that have promising potential for biomedical applications such as gene delivery or RNA delivery.
• Proposed and designed new polymer/ antimicrobial materials for smart responsive antimicrobial application.
• Conducted the biological cytotoxicity testing for group team members to evaluate the material toxicity on different cell lines such as HepG2, 3T3, A549, Hela, HEK293 and Thp1 cells.
• Mentored and supervised PhD students to guide and assist them on their research project.
• In charged of the permit application of all biological works conducted by the team members, which including write research protocol, submit risk assessment, and assess the pathogenicity of the microorganism for all relevant experiments.
