I am a native Slovenian speaker fluent in English and other ex-YU languages, with international experience in customer support, sales and marketing. I am a graphic engineer in my profession and was working and living in Malta and Athens Greece.

I have supported clients for global brands such as Booking.com, Samsung, App LetGo and Salpa yachts across multiple channels, resolving complaints, providing technical support and assisting with promotional campaigns, discounts and new product launches to improve customer satisfaction. These experiences have strengthened my ability to communicate clearly with clients, solve problems effectively, multitask and collaborate with team.
